Do the Amish or Mennonites really make everything?
Yes, aside from the giftware and lighting. Each craftsman has his own area of expertise including carpentry, upholstery, and metal work.
Why do you limit your furniture to Amish and Mennonite builders?
Builder quote: “We are part of a culture steeped in tradition. We are raised to use our hands to work hard, give nothing less than our best and believe that all we need to sustain us and our families is found in nature’s bounties. Our parents pass on to us skills and trades that have survived for many generations. – A&J”.
Will I find a style that I like?
New, fresh styles are always being introduced, along with long-term popular favorites.
What colours do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of colour choices. The preferred colours are listed under ‘Stain Options’ for more options come to one of our locations to learn of more possibilities
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Our inventory is ready for immediate delivery. All other orders will take approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the time your order is placed until it is ready to go into your home. We also stock several styles of chairs that are ready to be finished in your choice of stain colour.
I am building a house / I am in the middle of renovations. Will you hold my order until the work is complete?
Yes, we just ask that you pay the balance in full when we have your order completed. Then we can hold it for you for a length of time depending on our storage availability
How come you don’t have sales?
We believe in integrity pricing – that way you get the best value for your money all the time and not only during specific events.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver anywhere in Canada and US. We offer personal in-home service wherever possible. We may use a secondary shipping company where necessary. We have, on occasion, shipped internationally.
Can I order directly on your website?
There are so many choices and options to confirm that we prefer to make a connection with you to be sure that you are getting exactly what you are looking for.
Do I have to pay for my whole order at time of ordering?
Only a 30% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remainder is due when we call to schedule delivery and before it gets loaded onto the truck.
Do you offer financing?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer financing.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, E-Transfer, Debit, Cash and Cheques
